Coach Competencies - Focusing on Leadership Development

 

The Women's Leadership Clinic focuses on leadership development, by striving to support female coaches with varying levels of experience build their comfort and expertise in leadership skills on and off the deck. The clinic provides immersive educational sessions and interactive connection opportunities with fellow members of the USA Swimming community.

Who is invited?

All coaches who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply: 

  • Female USA Swimming coach member in good standing;
  • Passion to participate in a community of leaders;
  • Willing to be vulnerable and open to receiving and giving kind, specific and helpful feedback;
  • Comfortable participating in outdoor activities in a natural mountain setting;
  • Coaches with a minimum of 3 years coaching experience;
  • Must be 18 to attend
